In-app tipping should show suggested amounts

Currently the tipping interface just shows a blank field. It would be much more user-friendly to show preset tip amounts like:

  • $2 / $5 / $10 / Custom
  • Or percentage-based: 10% / 15% / 20%

This small UX change could significantly increase driver tips and satisfaction.
